"croc's",is the company that will not refund money paid for a purchase made. they have not sent product and at this point they do not respond to any emails.
it is not a lot of money but it is still a "rip-off"! not to mention ruining a nice gesture for a little girl. "croc's", telephone service has also been a frustrating and fruitless endeaver. i understand that there was never even a report filed the first time i called.
the second time i was on hold for ten minutes and finally they hung up on me.
i then began using email but they do not respond to that either. are there any actions that can be taken?
